Take your seat to an upholsterer and have him replace the factory foam with a high density foam made for boat seats (more water resistent) and stretch a new vinyl cover on it. If you have him use smooth vinyl (no ribs) it should only cost about $50 (US). You can have him put in extra foam to reach the comfort level you want. Try to find an upholsterer who works out of his home part-time. He'll be cheaper than the full time guys. Also, try to do this in the winter. That way you can give him the seat and let him work on it at his leisure. He may give you a bigger price break if you do this.
Much cheaper than trying to find a replacement seat and doesn't change the seating position too much. Suzuki uses really cheap, low density foam and you will really notice the difference.
